Your 3 Step Success Plan
Learn The Basics
This program consists of a minimum of 100 hours of interactive in-class safety training coupled with a minimum 80 hours of practical truck time. This includes practical truck time included loaded flatbed and load securement.
Complete Your Internship
Your internship program will then progress as you move to a 4 week internship of real life, hands on training placement, where you will spend 4 weeks with a certified driving coach with one of our Transport Carrier Partners.
You've received a minimum of 100 hours of real world experience! This is invaluable, as you enter into the world of Transportation and logistics as a certified Tractor Trailer Driver from our Moncton campus. We're active in your job placement.
Tailored 6-week courses for experienced truck drivers.
Important: this program is not recommended for new drivers. It is designed for those who have experience with long haul trucks. It includes a minimum 80 hours of classroom time and a minimum of 50 hours of practical truck time.
Practical truck time (50 hours) includes simulator, pretrip, coupling, uncoupling, backing, docking and behind the wheel.
If you have prior experience with long-haul trucks, this program may be right for you! Please contact our office to speak with a Moncton admissions coordinator to determine suitability.
a 3-week program to obtain your Class 3 certification.
This program covers Standard Transmission. Classroom 60 hours.
There is a minimum 20 hours of practical time included. Air brake certification, 1 hour assessment, and the road test is also included.
